Are there any tests I will need to take?
No. The Drug & Alcohol Awareness Class does not require tests. You will have the option to complete an optional no-fail knowledge assessment at the end.
How long is the Drug & Alcohol Awareness Class?
You are required to spend a minimum of 4 to 52 hours reviewing the material depending on which option you select. Common durations are 4, 8, 12, 16, 26, 36, and 52 hours. You do not need to accrue that time in one sitting.
Is this class the same as a DUI/DWI education course?
Our Drug & Alcohol Awareness Class covers comprehensive substance abuse education that includes DUI/DWI-related content such as impaired driving risks, legal consequences, and prevention strategies. Many courts accept our program for DUI education requirements, but some states have specific state-certified DUI programs (like ASAP in Virginia). Confirm with your court or attorney.
Is this the same as a substance abuse evaluation?
No. A substance abuse evaluation is a clinical assessment performed by a licensed professional to determine your level of substance use and recommend treatment. Our class is an educational program, not a clinical evaluation. Some courts require both — the evaluation and an education class. Our program satisfies the education component.
Can this class be used for a drug diversion program?
Yes. Many drug diversion and pre-trial intervention programs require completion of a drug and alcohol education class. Our program provides a verifiable certificate documenting your hours, curriculum, and completion date that satisfies most diversion program education requirements.
When will I receive my certificate of completion?
Certificates are instantly available for download the moment you complete the class. We will also immediately email a copy.
Is your Drug & Alcohol Awareness Class guaranteed to be accepted?
Yes. If for any reason our certificate is not accepted we will refund your money in full with written proof of decline.
Will I receive proof of enrollment?
